Terms of Service

V-Host is a small, early-stage operation. These terms are written to match that honestly, not padded out to look like a bigger company’s. Reach out at info@virdana.dev with any questions before you sign up.

The service

V-Host (operated by Virdana, a Hungarian sole proprietorship) provides Minecraft server hosting in two tiers: Base (server only) and Bundle (server plus a Discord bot integration), as described on the pricing page. There’s no self-serve signup yet. Service starts after you reach out through the interest form and it gets set up by hand.

Payment

Billing is handled manually and arranged directly with you when your server is set up. Pricing, billing cadence, and payment method are agreed individually until self-serve billing exists.

Acceptable use

Use the server for lawful purposes. Don’t host illegal content, attempt to abuse or overload shared infrastructure beyond your allocated resources, or use the service in a way that violates Discord’s own Terms of Service, since the bot integration depends on it. Reasonable, good-faith use is all we’re asking for. This isn’t meant to be a gotcha.

Availability

This is a small operation without a formal uptime guarantee at this stage. We run real technical safeguards (deduplicated backups, per-server resource limits, a world border on every instance) and treat reliability seriously, but we don’t promise enterprise-grade SLAs we can’t back. Keep your own copies of anything you genuinely can’t afford to lose.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment or a clear violation of acceptable use, and we’ll tell you why rather than doing it silently. You can stop using the service and cancel at any time by getting in touch.

Liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranties beyond what’s stated here. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any issue is limited to the amount you’ve paid for the service in the month the issue occurred.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service grows. The date at the top reflects the last real change, and existing customers will be told directly about anything material, not just via a silent page edit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.
